WHY ART THERAPY?
It is different than talk therapy because it gives the client tangible and constructive ways to engage with issues in a hands on manner.
Working with an Art Therapist can untangle thoughts, re-imagine past patterns and create multiple ways to get unstuck.
Instead of having to form thoughts through speech, we process through imagery.
Artwork allows the therapist and the client to observe problems from a different vantage point.
